Greg M. Devlin was born in Spokane, Washington on October 10, 1950. He was admitted to the bar of the Washington State Supreme Court in 1976, and to the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Washington in 1980. He was admitted to practice before the United States 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in 1988, and to the United States Supreme Court in 1992. Mr. Devlin was graduated from Washington State University in 1973 with a B.S. degree in Political Science. He received his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1976. Mr. Devlin was elected to serve as the Prosecuting Attorney for Stevens County 1977-1980, and also served as county coroner during that same period. He is a member of the Spokane County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He belongs to the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Devlin's practice emphasizes general business, insurance litigation, and probate matters.
