On March 1, 2003, the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) became part of the United States Department of Homeland Security and its functions were divided into various bureaus of that department. Now more than ever, we understand the immigration process to be confusing, time-consuming, and frustrating. We help clients define their immigration strategy, taking into consideration long term goals, while successfully dealing with short-term needs. Since September 11th, there has been a heightened level of scrutiny applied at each stage of adjudication. All immigration cases thus need to be prepared meticulously and properly.
